Doughlores Sourdough Starter Dehydrated

This sourdough starter was made my Mermaid Tracy and is much more than a simple leavening agent; it represents a rich tapestry of history, culture, and science.

Purchasing a well established dry powder starter will allow you to reactivate it using the instructions Mermaid Tracy will supply.  You will still need to activate it with rehydration feedings for 5 days and it will be ready to use.

1. 30g + active Fresh (Dried) Sourdough Starter with complete instructions how to reactivate and care for it. 

Extra information: 

1. You packet of Doughlores need to be kept in a cool dry place until you are ready to use. 
2. You can bulk your starter up to any size you like.  
3.  We recommend starting your starter in the morning.  If you start at night, you will miss the starter's peak rise which is the ideal time to use it to bake...that is unless you're a night owl and plan to bake throughout the night :)

Sold as one packet of dry powder starter with instructions.  Extra things seen in photos like spatulas, jars, etc are not included.
